Terms & Conditions For Respirator Fit Testing

• No Guaranteed Pass: A successful fit test pass is not guaranteed. The result depends on proper fit, mask type, and individual facial features.
• Test Duration and Fees: Each fit test is allotted 20 minutes. If it exceeds this time due to factors outside ABL’s control, an additional fee may apply. Different mask models may also require new bookings and fees.
• Clean Shaven Requirement: Attendees must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face. Shaving kits are available for $15 + GST if needed. No refunds if you choose not to shave.
• No Makeup Policy: Makeup can affect the mask seal and should not be worn.
• Single Respirator per Appointment: Only one respirator per appointment; multiple tests require separate bookings.
• Purchasing Respirators: Arrive 10 minutes early if purchasing on the day.
• Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice required for refunds. Exceptions apply for illness.
• No-Show Policy: Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your booking fee.
