Delivery, Returns & Refunds | ABL Distribution
We’ve outlined our delivery, trade, and returns policies below to ensure a smooth experience when ordering with ABL Distribution.
Delivery
- Free Delivery: Orders over $100 (excluding GST) qualify for free delivery to most areas in the Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala, and Brisbane. Please contact us to confirm eligibility for your location.
- Delivery Charges: For areas not included in free delivery, freight costs will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
- Manual Shipping: Large orders, incorrect postcodes, or hazardous goods may require manual freight calculation. If this applies, we’ll notify you and provide a tailored freight quotation.
- Delivery Times:
- FIS Area (ABL Truck):Orders placed by 12:30pm are delivered the next day.
- External Courier: Orders placed by 2:00pm are dispatched the next business day. Items out of stock may delay dispatch up to 7 business days.
- Residential Delivery: Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If unattended, provide an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction.
- PO Boxes & Restricted Zones: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Some products may have additional delivery restrictions.
Minimum Order
- Minimum Order Value: $50 (excluding GST).
- Service Fee: Orders between $50–$100 (excluding GST) incur a $9.60 + GST service fee.
- Order Acceptance: Orders below $50 will not be accepted.
Pricing & GST
- All prices listed are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to your final invoice.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 31 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if notified within this period.
- Return Conditions: Goods must be returned in their original condition. Return freight costs will be covered by ABL Distribution only in cases of our error.
- Special Orders: Custom or special orders are eligible for replacement or refund only if the error was on our part.
- Restocking Fee: Certain returns may incur a 10% restocking fee
- Legislation: All returns and trade practices comply with the Trade Practices Act (1974).

- Application: Trade accounts are available to approved customers. Download the application form and email to accounts@abldistribution.com.au.
