Declaration & Directors Acknowledgement

I, the undersigned, hereby agree that we have read each and every one of the Terms of Supply and hereby acknowledge our agreement to be bound by such terms and we further certify that the information submitted by ourselves in the Credit Application dated per below is true and correct and that we are authorised by the company to sign its application.

I agree that I am a director of the business and shall be personally liable for the performance of the business obligations under this contract.

Consumer Credit Acknowledgement

Agreement that ABL Distribution may seek consumer credit information (Section 18K (1)(b), Privacy Act 1988)
If ABL Distribution considers it relevant to assessing my/our commercial credit, I/we agree to ABL Distribution obtaining from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about me/us in relation to commercial credit provided by ABL Distribution.

Exchanging information with other credit providers (Section 18N(1)(b), Privacy Act 1988)
I/we agree to ABL Distribution obtaining personal information about me/us from other credit providers, whose names I/we may have provided for ABL Distribution or that may be named in a credit report, for the purpose of assessing my/our application for commercial credit made to ABL Distribution.

Agreement to a credit provider being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payments on commercial credit (Section 18K 1(h) Privacy Act 1988)
I/we agree that ABL Distribution may obtain a consumer credit report about me/us from a credit reporting agency for the purpose of collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by me/us.

Terms of Supply

Payment Terms
Accounts are strictly thirty (30) days from end of trading month. Your account will automatically be placed on stop supply after this date. An email will be sent advising you of this action. Failure to adhere to our trading terms may result in cancellation of the thirty (30) day facility and further action will be taken as deemed necessary.

Quotations
A quotation is not an offer.
An order placed pursuant to a quotation is not binding on ABL Distribution unless and until accepted by ABL Distribution, either in writing or by delivery of the goods ordered. All quotes are valid for a maximum of 30 days.

Delivery
Free delivery is available for most of Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala & Brisbane areas for orders over $100.00 + GST.
Special items made to order, such as custom cartons, may attract additional freight charges.

Equifax Business Bureau
It is the policy of ABL Distribution to place long term delinquent customers on default with Equifax Business Bureau. This information will remain against your name for 5 years.
