Investing in a stretch wrapping machine is an investment in growing your output and improving staff OH&S.

Wrapping 10 loads or more per day justifies the use of a pallet wrap machine.
You will get a faster, more secure wrap with less material, saving on waste, time and money.
Your staff will be freed up to do other tasks and also avoid fatigue and workplace injury.
Your pallet loads will arrive at their destination intact without expensive losses.
For small operations, a hand wrapping tool is cheaper.

If your production line gets busier, upgrading to a stretch wrap machine makes more economic sense.
Stretch wrap machines provide a faster wrap, are more consistent in wrap application and pose less risk of workplace injury.
Thicker stretch films do not perform better than thinner films.

Advanced technology has developed thinner blown films that stretch further and are puncture and abrasion-resistant.
Thinner films reduce waste, save costs and are lighter to handle, improving workplace safety.
Semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines are used in low volume production lines covering around 30 pallets per hour.
A forklift or pallet jack loads the pallet onto the wrapping machine's platform and an operator attaches the film and presses the start button.
At the end of the wrapping cycle, the operator detaches and secures the film tail to the load.

Automatic stretch wrapping machines do not require an operator, except to load the film.
Once the pallet is on the platform, the machine starts the wrapping cycle automatically.
A sensing photo-eye tells the film carriage how high to wrap.
At the end of the wrap cycle, the film tail is automatically cut and sealed to the load. If the pallet is on a conveyor it is then conveyed off the wrapping platform and the machine is ready for the next pallet. Without a conveyor, the pallets are loaded and unloaded by lift truck or forklift.
An automatic machine can wrap from 30 to 120 loads per hour.

Delivery is free for all orders over $150 + GST to most of the Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala, and Brisbane area (excludes Brisbane City and other unusual areas).
Please note: If you are unsure if your delivery address falls inside our Free Delivery area, please contact our office to confirm.
Please note: There are some areas where couriers won't go at a reasonable price. It is best to check with us if your delivery location is free of charge.

Occasionally, your online shopping cart may not be able to easily calculate your shipping requirements. This is called Manual Shipping.

In this case, you will be notified on checkout that your freight charges will need to be calculated separately.

Once you place your order we will get back to you promptly via email with a freight quotation for your order, if you do not wish to proceed we will refund the total amount of your order.

For customers inside our FIS area (delivery via ABL truck), please submit your order before 11:30am to ensure prompt next day delivery.

Customers whose orders travel via external courier, please ensure your order is placed by 2pm to guarantee next day despatch.

This is based on Queensland EST & excludes custom or special product order.

Please note: We are unable to pre-arrange a delivery time due to our ever changing delivery runs.

Please note: Due to size or volume some products may be restricted in their delivery zone. Also, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address on checkout.

RETURNS


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply call or email us within 31 days from receipt of the goods. ABL will not accept returns unless we have been notified in this manner.

We will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you*. Goods must be returned in the condition you received them.

Return freight will be at ABL’s cost only when there has been an error on ABL’s part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods. If the fault is not ABL's we will not cover return shipping or refund the original shipping costs.

Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.

Of course, ABL is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)

*Some returns may incur a 10% re-stocking fee. You will be advised of this when arranging the return.
