Sikasil‑670 Fire is a one-part, moisture-curing silicone sealant engineered for demanding fire-rated joint applications. It offers up to 4 hours of fire resistance per EN 1366‑4 and AS 1530.4 standards, making it ideal for structural joints in walls, floors, façades, and service penetrations. With its low-modulus elasticity and UV resistance, it retains form and function across seasonal movement and weather exposure.

DELIVERY
Delivery is free for all orders over $100 + GST to most of the Gold Coast, Tweed, Logan, Yatala, and Brisbane area (excludes Brisbane City and other unusual areas).

For customers inside our FIS area (delivery via ABL truck), please submit your order before 12:30pm to ensure prompt next day delivery.
Customers whose orders travel via external courier, please ensure your order is placed by 2pm to guarantee next day despatch.

RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply call or email us within 31 days from receipt of the goods. ABL will not accept returns unless we have been notified in this manner.
We will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you*. Goods must be returned in the condition you received them.
Return freight will be at ABL’s cost only when there has been an error on ABL’s part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods. If the fault is not ABL's we will not cover return shipping or refund the original shipping costs.
Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
Of course, ABL is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
