Shipping and Delivery Information
Free Delivery Zone
Shipping is Free of Charge for all orders over $100 +gst on
our website for the following areas:
- Gold Coast
- Yatala
- Logan
- Brisbane Metro
If you are in this Zone you will notice that shipping will be recorded
as free as you check out.
With ABL, free means free! We do not have any hidden cubage, freight,
service or invoice charges.
Other Areas Outside This Zone
Shipping outside of our 'Free Delivery Zone' is via courier service and
is calculated and billed at checkout. ABL will ship our products almost anywhere Australia-wide. However, there are some conditions where this
may not be the case:
- Some products due to their extreme bulk (eg. bubblewrap and
corrugated cardboard) will only be shipped within our 'Free Delivery
Zone' due to the prohibitive cost of freight.
- There will always be some orders may be too large or unusual for
the site's shipping calculator. We will quote these independently and
contact you as soon as possible with a freight quotation which can then
be added to your order. Alternatively, if you let us know, you can
organise your own freight pick up from our warehouse location.
- There are some rural and regional locations that couriers will not
attend based on our site's calculator. If this is the case then we will
try to obtain an indepentent quotation for delivery and contact you
with this quotation. You also will be free to organise your own courier
(please let us know if you choose this option). If we still cannot
obtain delivery for you we will gladly cancel and refund your order.
As always, ABL does not have any 'hidden' fees or charges, and no service or
cubage fees. We will charge to locations outside of our free delivery zone
only with full disclosure to you via our checkout shipping calculator or
we will contact you in unusual circumstances like those listed above.
International Enquiries
At this stage, ABL can only ship its poducts or accept sales within Australia. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
