Delivery is free for all orders over $100 in the Gold Coast, Logan, Yatala, and Metropolitan Brisbane area. For all other areas ABL will organise delivery and freight, and this will be charged to you as per your online shopping cart.
Occasionally, your online shopping cart may not be able to easily calculate your shipping requirements. This will occur for very large orders where pallet rates would be preferable to a smaller courier service. In this case we will get back to you promptly with a freight quotation for your order.
Items will be despatched the same day if your order is placed before 1:30pm Queensland EST (unless a custom or special order product).
Please note: due to size or volume some products may be restricted in their delivery zone.
Byron Bay and Ballina Customers: Your orders are delivered by our own trucks on Thursdays only.
We have a minimum order value of $100 excluding GST.
All advertised pricing excludes GST. GST will appear on final invoices.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply call or email us within 31 days from receipt of the goods. ABL will not accept returns unless we have been notified in this manner.
We will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you in full. Goods must be returned in the condition you received them.
Return freight will be at ABL’s cost only when there has been an error on ABL’s part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods.
Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
Of course, ABL is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
