Corrugated cardboard consists of two layers of cardboard and a corrugated central part called 'fluting' The liner is manufactured from long fibres in order to make it strong and hard-wearing. The fluting is manufactured from short fibres in order to make it stiff and resistant to pressure.

This construction forms rows of stiff waves capable of sustaining large weights. Furthermore, the freely circulating air in the waves provides an excellent protection against temperature fluctuations.
     
5155 X01 Xitex sheet 1.5mt x 3mt  
   
  The Xitex structure consists of two corrugated flutes joined at their tips, with liners on both sides. The perfect alignment of the flutes provides exceptional strength and light weight in the same board.
  * For a given weight, Xitex is the stongest corrugated board available.
* Precise tip alignment, low pressure bonding of the flutes to the liners as well as the new bonding agents used results in a smoother and flatter board.
* A lighter, stronger, smoother and flatter box results in a squarer box.
* 100% recyclable through standard paper and cardboard recycling streams.
     
5157 CO2 Single wall sheet 1.5mt x 3mt
  Plain brown double face corrugated sheets and pads. Flutes run width-wise. These sheets are "C" flute, approximately 3/16" thick. Excellent for dividers and shock absorbers.
     
5156 T11 Twin wall sheet 1.5mt x 3mt  
  Plain brown sheets constructed of one sheet of "B" fluting and one sheet of "C" fluting sandwiched between three sheets of paper for extra strength
